Description Cutter Aviation is searching for an energetic and knowledgeable individual to manage client accounts on a personal and technical level, and to ensure a positive client experience. Individual will be responsible for maintaining client retention and fostering brand loyalty through customer-centric service during routine flight operations, maintenance, and any unforeseen ownership challenges by coordinating action plans with service centers until resolution. This position will support Cutter Aviation's clients for our Prescott, Arizona location.
