DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The function of the Maintenance Data Auditor is to periodically review the Martinair Maintenance database, and all utilized maintenance computerized tracking programs, as applicable, for accuracy. The Maintenance Data Auditor also audits technical data used by the maintenance department for accuracy. Specific duties include:
Review “in process” and completed work packages for thoroughness and accuracy
Keep accurate and current records of maintenance actions (14 CFR 135.65, 135.415, 135.417 and 135.439)
Ensure that all major repairs and alterations are accomplished in accordance with approved data
Review all utilized computerized maintenance tracking programs to ensure accuracy of tracking information
Audit aircraft maintenance records periodically to ensure conformity to type design and maintenance/inspection requirements
Ensure currency of required technical and operational publication
